A taste of home.
On a solo trip through Portugal in 2019, our founder met someone from the US. A month with her family in Virginia introduced him to American comfort food and the welcome that came with it.
Back in Bruges, he wanted to bring a little of that feeling home. After years of trying recipes, his sister encouraged him to bake the first batch.
